This week, I would like to invite you to try something...

Think of what brings you the most joy and fills you up from within... For example, yoga/meditation/a bath with epsom salts and candles/sitting in the garden/drinking a cup of tea/going for a walk with your canine companion/reading a good book. What puts a smile on your face and lights you up?

Set aside 10 minutes EVERYDAY to do this same activity for 7 days.

Perhaps you can put a reminder in your diary/let those around you know that you are unavailable/turn your phone off!/make yourself and this time a priority.

Witness what this does to your mental state/quality of life/relationships. Taking this regular time everyday, even if it's just 10 minutes, can make such a HUGE difference.

For me, my regular nourishing practice is meditation. I set aside space every single morning to be still and centre my thoughts and intention for the day. It has honestly brought so much inner peace to my daily life. It's not always easy to be consistent, but it's worth it honey... it's SO worth it...
